Had to open a Paypal claim after several unreturned emails over a number of days. This included emails to Jim and two other agents. Looks like some of you were right about them—they are great if everything goes ok! Am now wondering how this will end.

Have bought there quite a few times in the past but don't bother checking their site anymore after several fruitless attempts of communication.

They were the main site I ordered flashlight stuff from for a while. I made the mistake of spending quite a bit of money spread across a few orders fairly close to one another. I had issues with them holding on to the packages and taking forever to ship. Never received anything wrong or defective, so my only issue was the shipping department. Other than that, they are not too bad.
