Are you in business selling these or working for the company who is? If so then you really should contact the site moderator and find out what the exact rules are.
If this is just a deal you saw then post it in the deals section with the price and link and let people know what a great deal it is.
In other words it’s only wrong if you are making a living off of it and using this site for free advertising while pretending to just be a regular member. Do not use the PM system to send anyone deals if you are in business or making a living from the deals.
If you are in business please include the name of the business and let the moderator know that you are a professional.

When I publish battery tests, it is difficult to remember all the special requests, but you are welcome to publish links to my test and even use charts and tables from it as long as you also put in a link to my review (or website). I.e. when I publish the test, you can just copy a link and table/chart to the first post.
If those batteries don't have specified capacity (3400mAh) or can not handle high current (since they are advertised as IMR's) that will be the end of their commercial life after HKJ test them. The only way he will be impressed is if they have better performance than unprotected Panasonic NCR18650B batteries and significantly lower price than protected NCR18650A and I am pretty sure that's not going to happen here...
Not really, people do still buy UltraFire 3000mAh batteries and I did not say anything nice about them: http://lygte-info.dk/review/batteries2012/UltraFire%20BRC18650%203000mAh%20%28Red-silver%29%20UK.html
A 3400 mAh imr is a new one for me also, it would be a big achievement if they indeed managed to make that, let's wait for HKJ's results. But I already like the styling of this battery :-)
I hate those people that have something they don't have a use for and instead of throwing it away they give it as a "gift"... I just refuse to accept that cra* or tell them: "that sh*t is going straight to garbage"...
