’Zanybody know anything about the Browning line of flashlights? I was wandering through the local LARGE sports emporium today, and stumbled across a 2AA Browning Crossfire, for a reasonable price…about $25, iirc. Polymer construction. It looks to be a fairly good budget light, and the Browning name has always stood for quality.
I have a Browning Alpha 1AA. It’s a great light but not budget at $45. Still, it’s pretty much everything I look for in a flashlight. Forward clicky, two modes, pocket clip, good throw and compact size. Almost thought it was a AAA light at first.
Brownings lights are designed and made by Chinese OEM flashlight companies like Favourlight. Browning just slaps their name on it.
They are decent, but a lot of them are under powered.
You can get better stuff for the same money.
