The efficiency bug in me always goes off when i see on the screen that i have a new message waiting, i click on it, then click on the message to actually open it, i’ve always wanted the software to go directly to the message on the first click.
These days with slow loading and timeouts if this feature was there it can save even more time and be more efficient then usual getting to the new message(s )
And for when you have more then one message, my suggestion is that the system can go to the newest one, or they could be listed (message 1, message 2), and one could scroll wheel click on each one to open them in new tabs.
