Nice review POK

The Trustfire X8 seems a good buy at half the price of the Finex.

The Fenix looks brighter.

Are they different Tints?

Great Review Pok! Welcome to BLF! Your English is just fine and thats a great first post.

Mouse cursor off the pic is the TrustFire X8 2x18650

I like this. I'm serious, I like plungers. Too bad I already have several lights on the way.

A bit cheaper at MF.
Welcome to BLF Pok
Nice review, seems like a good light

Welcome to BLF Pok :)

Nice review!

Welcome to BLF

Wonderful first post, Pok! You're going to fit in well here

Nice first post Pok! We're glad to have you here. Welcome, and enjoy your stay!

Welcome to BLF.

I have got this X-8 and I love it. Nice machined, very throwy and brighter than all the other XM-L lights I have. I must admit all the others use only one 18650 and I don't own a Fenix to compare with. My specimen came with the lanyard and it pulls 1550mA at 4,2 V though (factory tolerances?). The only negative thing I have to mention is the anodising, which seems to be HA-II at best.

Thanks for the nice review!
Watching the beams I have to admit i want the fenix more and more…
What a beautifull beam that light has!

Aloha and welcome to BLF Pok!

Nice review.

Wowwww Thank You for everyone ^_^

These Forums are friendly and I feel good.

Next review is FT66 REAL FLOOD TO THROW Flashlight max beam is about 100000 - 110000 lux.

nice review Pok!!! By the way where is your location?

Great review POK! Thnks for sharing this awesome plunger err... flashlight. Always wondered how it performs. And yep cheaper at MF.

It could just be that the Fenix has a real green tint which looks nice on a green tree, some TK35 users report super green tints.

BTW, nice review.

I can get mine at the post office tomorrow (DX-set with charger and 2x 18650).

A very nice flashlight!

Looks like very good quality and a good heat transfer.

This light with only one 18650, other driver and a XM-L U2 would be very great

Greetings, Pok! Very nice photos! Just a few observations about your review...

You list all the specs on the light but what about quality? How was the machining? Were the threads pre-lubed? What kind of anodizing on the aluminum and did it come with any flaws? Is it waterproof? What about tactile feel of switch and switch boot? Coated lens? Compared directly to the MR52 & TK35 how does it stack up against them in quality and first impression? All the things I'd love to know since this light is actually on my list of must haves in the future and it would also help to make your review even more successful. :)

Also, the mouse-over pic, you should have the Fenix and the single 18650 X8 comparison shot since it would appear that with a single cell the X8 is MUCH brighter than it is with 2 cells (not sure why though). It would show it off at it's best against the benchmark torch.

Cheers,

Johnny

Just realized that u r from Thaicpf.com , I saw many of your review.....:-)
