Welcome to BLF. I think you will find that a quality light like the iTp A3 is going to be $17-20 no matter where you go to buy it.
Make sure you get one that says "upgrade" on it, those can take both AAA and 10440 batteries (and are much brighter than when run on AAA batteries).
I got mine from ShiningBeam, but iTp also has a store on eBay that you can get it from.

I am using this week a black ITP A3 with unprotected 10440.(protected won't fit)
