NEBO LARRY LIGHTS

anyone has the nebo larry flashlight?

Something strange when you open this thread. Your first pic takes over! Like return of the Jedi! :face_with_monocle:

I have a friend that absolutely loves his nebo larry clone (doesn’t have a laser), but he’s by no means a flashaholic or a lumen junkie. For the average user they seem pretty handy, but I’ll pass

im thinking of ordering the nebo larry 2 ...seems like a solid work light

edit- I ordered one from here :)

Cool lights  but i can’t read your thread as some code error in the post splats the first pic over it.

i know ! i cant edit the demn thing cos that picture is covering up the "edit" tab ....urghhh!!! .will remove the whole thread..

NEBO lights I had the red line model zooming with magnetic tail switch, it ran on 3 “AAA” was supposed to be rated I believe @230 lumens and had a terrible purplish emitter for the 35.00$ I USA I paid for, there are much better brighter better built lights the main draw back on the budget Chinese lights is the batteries and chargers ,.

You even have image data in the post. Not linked or hosted, the image actually lives in the post (base64 encoded).

What did you do that resulted in you dropping all that code straight into your post?

Its possible to edit without clicking the “edit” tab but that picture is not really hurting anything. Allow the poor thing to live.

i blame the NSA ! they were spying n blf and messed up this thread

Here’s your link to edit it out: https://budgetlightforum.com/t/-/23515/edit

That picture is very very interesting, how did you do that? :open_mouth:

Done thanks!

How did he get the OP image take over? First I’d like to ask why is it very very interesting? :ghost: Whats your plans?

Haha, I was interested in how he was about to directly embed an image in base64 as you pointed out, nothing malicious.

Does that mean we don’t need to use image hosting sites anymore? :open_mouth:

oh yes ..just highlight the image and click ctrl + copy and ctrl + v paste ...seems to work....

Thanks, I'll try that out. :)

man i can’t resist for not buy one of these light…
already order it :zipper_mouth_face:

Hmm, don’t actually know if the forum was displaying that image. I just saw the code in his post.

Test base64 image.
Hardrock cafe.

Guess it works. You wouldn’t really want to use it someplace your fond of like BLF since its storing the image on BLF’s server, increasing the load. I just encoded it using the first site that came up on google. base64-image.de Used the XHTML formated code.

Quote me and you can see the image data in my post.

That’s a good point, I guess I’ll stick to ImageShack for now.

Almost feel like I should delete the instructions. That doesn’t stop the forum from allowing it tho.

35 days later my Nebo arrived . ordered from ebay..not bad for 15 bucks .

The switch is in a awkward place and very stiff! its bright. lasts 4 + hours. Laser is also usefull and fun.some pictures ....

Im using 3 Rayovac nimh . good perfomance

gives nice bright spill beam pattern free of any artifacts .the light gets little warm after prolong use.
