Tank007 E09 or Blackshadow EVA

Please help me choose. I need a aaa flashlite but dont know wich one of these to get, maybe both!

Tank 007 E09 XPE R3

Blackshadow EVA XPG R5 Emitter

Wich is best and why?

Thanks

The tank E09 is known and well reviewed…Ive never heard of the other brand before.

Edit, I found this eva review…http://www.theoutdoornerd.com/2013/04/review-blackshadow-eva-aaa-flashlight.html

Lots of really nice AAA lights out there.

The E09 can stand on his tail which is a very nice feature

The Tank007 E09 can pretty much do it all for its size-including take 10440 batteries, for a very low price.
IMHO—For “always-with-you” carry—it is a Top Value that everyone should have.

E09 is fine aaa light that I use often. It assisted a facility maintenance crew recently extricate a trapped elevator passenger.
I find that I tend to fixate on the small hotspot in the dark with it.
The 3 modes are usable but it could use a lower low. The finish has held up well.
The EVA has been used less due to the lack of modes but it does emit a relatively wide hotspot. The tint is very nice white. Good workmanship for this price point.
Both live on Nimh.

The EO9 is the best feeling single AAA light I’ve ever felt, smooth and quality feeling.

BUT, I vastly prefer the iTp A3 EOS over the Tank007, the Olight i3s or the Thrunite Ti .

Why, the beam pattern on the iTp & i3s is much more usable, nearly the same throw.
The iTp A3 has a Low first, as opposed to the i3s’s “Med” first.
The Ti, well of 3, one don’t work on low. The others are yawn, ok I guess.

“My” pick.

1st - iTp A3 eos.
2nd - Olite i3s.
3rd - Tank007 EO9 <-the only one you can “repair”

EDC lights are like computers & trucks, your application/need will dictate your personal preference.

Thanks for your help guys!

Drvette, I dont know that light (iTp A3 EOS), any chance you can give a link on where to get it (internacional shipping)

Cheers

This is a great option to add to your list Olight i3S Eos XP-G2
Here’s abit of a review at blf

Keep in mind that is MY opinion, I suggest you evaluate your personal needs, anyway here’s a Amazon link.

iTP A3 EOS 96 Lumen Flashlight -Upgrade Version

If Amazon don’t ship to your location, check with

There’s several Chinese sellers online, short on time, cannot research it right now.

Keywords, “iTP A3 EOS” look for the “96 Lumen Flashlight -Upgrade Version”
which btw is not 96L by new lumen stds but more like 50l, still very bright.
Gluck

Cheers mate! My needs are nothing special, carry it in my bag just in case, along with my Enlan EL-01
