I am about to assemble my first light. ordered from mtn-electronics. they had all the parts I needed, instant communication on order status via email and Paypal, product shipping was $2 with tracking, packaging was good- led and driver were packed in soft foam, and the convoy s2 looks good. also I had a driver question and the email was answered after hours within a couple hours. so all in all it was a perfect experience with the seller
I was going to use the arctic thermal adhesive to mount the led on the pill. it sounded like the compound wasn’t much of an adhesive though. I have to go by radio shack to get it as I didn’t order it and nobody around here has it.
Just double checking you know, Arctic silver Thermal Adhesive and compound are two different things. The adhesive sticks!
