Anyone interested in the new Yezl M7X from cnqualitygoods? - 18650 Flashlights - BudgetLightForum.com

Ric-CN presented this new Yezl light in this thread and will maybe organize a groupbuy if there is a demand.

So please vote if you are interested or not.

Leaving a comment about max price you're willing to pay might also help. Ric already stated that the wholesale price of 19.50 U$D would not go, but we should get a better price than the listed 27.00 U$D.

It might be a better idea to organize a BLF group buy. That way you can hit the $19.50 per unit price point if the order reaches 20 lights.

Depends entirely on how good a price we can get, as far as I am concerned, and since CQG doesn't offer free shipping AFAIK, we'd probably have to work something out with Ric anyway. Low twenties shipped for the 18650 version would be great but I doubt that's going to happen.

To do that we would have to find out which country offers the cheapest international shipping costs, and then find a BLF member in that country willing to organize the group buy.

I can say the swedish post is rather expensive.

Maybe if 20 members are willing to pay their respective shipping costs from CQG Ric would agree to sell the light for 19,50 USD?

A group buy within a single nation would also be feasible.

$21.50 for 10 pcs...it shouldn't be too unreasonable to find ten interested buyers in the US or EU (how do the postal rates stack up for member nations?).

A package/letter weighing between 250 and 500 gr from Sweden to Europe costs 80 SEK (~12 USD), less than 250 gr is still 48 SEK. And then there still is the risk of getting caught by customs when ordering 10 lights at once.

But it seems the interest is not so big anyway.

Well, in Boaz I trust NOT!

I would definitely be interested in one!

A good price for me would be low-mid twenties posted.

Is this group-buy ready for a try?

From the vote, i think i can offer 21usd for this light if these are real interests.

Shipping cost:

HK Register airmail post---6usd (add 3.5usd each one more)

Mail post: 3 usd (no tracking number provided, do not recommend) -add 2.5 usd for one more

If you wanna take part in, please post "i will take it". I will see if the interest can get close to 20, then i'll do it.

Best Regards!

Ric

This light is currently $25 on your site if you purchase one, and $19.50 if you purchase 20. You regular price for registered mail is $6.20, and $2.50 for non registered.

This doesn't really seem like much of a deal considering we have to get 20 members.

I would be interested if the price with registered mail was a little cheaper.

Similar thoughts here.

What I don't understand:

If 20+ members from BLF wanted to buy this light from CQG

AND

are willing to pay indivudually for their respective shipping costs, why can't we get the wholesale price of 19.50$?

I can't see how this could be a disadvantage for CQG because the additional work of packing and shipping the lights to 20+ individual customers instead of one is being paid for, or am I missing something?

Comments (especially from RIC-CN) welcome.

Hello guys,

We cant offer the 19.5usd price for indivudual retail purchase, that's wholesale price only,at this price we do packing for only one wholesale order and afford the after-sale service for one wholesale order. As a seller, we need count all the cost into the price (not just a productive cost), So if we offer 19.5usd for 20 separate pakages, do 20 packing and afford after-sale service, we probably will lost money. our pricing is not high at all as you can see , as to shipping cost, it's just the real shipping cost the order takes(we never charge any handling fee on it).i think you guys can understand that.

Thanks for asking.

Ric

Thanks for your answer, Ric!

Well, I'll take one for 21$ + shipping.

My other yetzl has been going great so far. So how much is it including post.
