What is the average price for these? How much better are they compared to my 18650’s that I ripped off from laptops? Amp draw, voltage sag, etc
Hello. I don’t know much about cells, just a bit. I use TrustFire Flames 2400 mAh in my 18650 lights. I only have 4 of them and now have more lights that use an 18650 than I do batteries 
So I need some more. Mostly I have C8 style lights but have (2) S3 style ones. Are these cells you are offering protected or not? Would they work in a C8 style light? Flat top or button top? Appreciate anyone in the know here chirping in … thanks

I’ve used these batteries in my S2, S2+, S7, S3, and C8—all with great success.
Laptop pulls are (afaik) always unprotected unless a circuit is attached after pulling from the pack.
Unprotected flat top work just fine in C8’s. As long as there is a spring or ‘nub’ on the underside of the driver/contact plate in the flashlight then they will work fine.
You do need to be more diligent about preventing the cell from being overdischarged.

Got my cells. Tested for capacity with imaxB6 and is ± 3% from stated capacity.
