I am a francophone artist involved in visual art and film. A few years ago, I bought quite by chance a Surefire 6P LED and was blown away buy the quality of the flashlight compared to the junk I used to buy at Canadian Tire and other big stores. I was happy with my flashlight for a few years until very recently my little cousin found it and used it outside as a hammer to break small stones and ruined the light. So I decided to find a better replacement and bought a couple of Fenix flashlights (PD32, UC40), but I wasn’t quite happy with them, mainly because they are throwers and I like/need floodier lights. That’s when I register with the CandlePowerForum and now with the present forum. Since a month ago, I ordered a few more flashlights, Zebralight SC62w and H600Fw, and Sunwayman V11R and V20C to experiment with the control ring. They are all in the mail coming…
