18650 Batteries and charger - where to buy them in Europe

Hi,
I wonder if someone can post links to reliable online stores in Europe (not UK since price is usually much higher) where I can buy some 18650 batteries.
Paying should be by paypal.

I am interested in some of the following types/brands:
Samsung 25R
Sony VT C5
Panasonic PD or PF
or some other quality ones but not any xxxxfire etc
Recently I bought some good flashlights and I need more powerful batteries which can deliver at least 3-3.5A.
Above mentioned Samsung and Sony are overkill… probably

I tried google but mostly got ebay or US sellers.
On my several last orders from china batteries never arrived probably because they don’t ship by air anymore (i don’t know if that info is true or not).
Orders from US are too expensive (shipping).
I prefer Germany site if possible.
Also I am looking for some good charger in the same store if possible.

nkon.nl got plenty of cells and chargers on offer no idea if reliable placed my first order only a couple of days ago

Both links above have been around for a while (posted from time to time when this question pops up), Ive never read any negatives here about them (apart from price) so that seems to bode well for them on reliability.

The 1st is free shipping and cheaper than nkon. The second you have to pay 2$ extra for shipping through TNT-PostNL European Registered Airmail, because they cannot ship batteries by ordinary air mail. I have never had any problem with any of these

The shop is great for German customers, because it has good prices and great products, which a rare in Germany (if you want other 18650 as AW, Ernerdan or ...fire). The international shipping costs are high (12,90€). If someone needs something of Akkuteile, I can order it and ship it to you. Without a trackingnumber and insurrance it will cost 8,50€ with a tracking number 10,65€ (and a insurrance of 25€). If two people need something the national shiiping cost (shiiping from Akkuteile to my address) will be the half and the total price is 2€ cheaper.

Nkon is also a good shop and the shipping costs are lower.
