So I have bought some Efest batteries, and I am worried that these are fakes.
When I entered the authentication code on efest websites, it says code is invalid.
Update: these are authentic cells.

There is a guide on their website and down near the bottom is this,

Often times their websites don't work correctly. I have chargers and batteries that I know are genuine, because I bought them directly from the manufacturer, that don't show up correctly on their authentication site.
I don't have an Efest 3100mAh to compare with, but the 18350s look right to me.
I quit guessing long time ago about "real or fake". I buy from reputable sellers and if I have a question I check capacity with my Opus (as best it can).
Trying to guess real or fake can make one crazy and website verification whether be it in the USA or China is always suspect at best because the "up time" is nowhere near what it should be.
I have verified some Efest IMR10400 batteries sucessfully, and the scratch verification stickers looked very much like yours only smaller i think, to be able to fit the slim 10400.
Yay! Got a reply from Efest and it’s Authentic!
Very weird that now when i check the codes on their website, it says authentic. When i first tried it says does not exist/fake….and i’m sure I put in the correct numbers, so maybe they has an error on their website or something.
