These are all basically sold out within minutes of being available of any online retailer. The rumor though is that HP produced 400K of them only a fraction of which are sold thus far, so perhaps in theory there should be more.
I just order 1 via walmart and 1 via OfficeDepot. Walmart order already canceled by them.
Frankly I don't know how good of deal it really is. You can often get the nook color for <200 here and that's almost guarenteed to run android 3. The HW is obviously very good though. Ipad display and speed.
As announced: "HP reported that it plans to announce that it will discontinue operations for webOS devices, specifically the TouchPad and webOS phones. HP will continue to explore options to optimize the value of webOS software going forward."
..but since I work in software business, and have already iOS and W7 tablets (and Android phone), I would be interested to test how WebOS performs.. (silly me)

Walmart still has some for $99 so you need to check your local Walmart to see if they have any left on the shelves. Best Buy and Staples have returned all of the ones they had to HP so keep checking the HP site as the returned ones get to HP they will be reselling them on there web site at the sale price.
I had the HP one for a while but sold it on craigs list. I did not use it because it is basically just a big screen smart phone and I prefer to use my PC or laptop.
