I need  advice!

I found a review from Brinyte D8 here. Looks to me a good quality A10 clone, for budget price.
For me is a "most have" flashlight for this price. I order 2 piece from DX....  

Here is the story:

"I ordered two  Brinyte D8 two weeks ago. After the ordering "Ready", after 2 days "Packaging", after 3 days "Temporary stock shortage"........After i write to CSE "Temporary stock shortage, contact us if necessary"

I make a mistake, i don't read the comments on product page...... I am in the same situation like "Hayasimo" on the product page  comment section....:( "

I asked the CSE: Circa when will this product back in stock?

Today, CSE reply to me the following:
"the item 32951 is out of stock now , would you mind changing it with a similar item ?if you dont want to change , pls feel free to cancel it .
pls advise "

That's not answer on my question (When will back) Wehehe DX support....:-( I can read "NOW" out of stock.....
And on the product page still: "Typically ships in 4 to 7 days" Another fail wehehe:)

What do you think? Should I wait calmly, or cancel my order?
I can wait more 1-2 weeks, but i don't know worth it....
Up to now, i don't have any problem with DX, and i never cancel my order.....

I found this light on BoB (Bestofferbuy). For me looks this "site" as a DX "reseller". The pictures are the same, without the DX logo and so....

The question is: Is this a reliable site? I want try this store, maybe they can send me this flashlight.....
I will send a mail  him, they have on stock or, no.

If anybody ordered something from BoB:
The real value contain on  the customs declaration, or "under the real value", like on DX (25-45HKD)......?
This is important to me, becouse  stupid customs laws.

If, somebody found this light an another "site" store please tell me!

I would send them another email to see if they will be stocking them again, if they say no then send BoB an email.......

Not a very good experience from DX there... That's really a shame.

We have had decent reviews of BestOfferBuy: http://budgetlightforum.cz.cc/node/38, but I haven't had any personal experience with them. They sometimes have items in stock that DX no longer carries.

Like Al said, I would also recommend that you send BoB an email first to see if it really is in stock before you pull out your credit card.  They answered my email question once about the stock of an item.

If i understand correctly, the D8 is in stock. This is customer service!

And now another KDHSAHGDS for DX. The "Order Cancellation" button disabled "Note: if this button is disabled, please contact us for order cancellation" Grrrrrrrr Silly

I hope DX refund my money on my PP account.... And not "Store Credit"...

I bought some unprotected cells thinking that they were protected because of the size of the cells.......the same night i cancelled the previous order and bought the correct ones it took DX a week to refund it back to my card.  Hey bud, i would get the lights from BOB since they do have it and tell us how the transaction went.

On my opinion, therefore is the "order cancellation" button disabled. Becouse after the ordering "Packaging" and after that is "Stock Shortage"....
Now, i must write another ticket the DX CSE to cancel my order, and refound my money.....

(I'm sorry i write all my "lame things", but perhaps other can learn from my situation..)
