Some 18650 batteries weigh a lot more than others do the heavier ones have more power ???

Most unprotected 18650 batteries weigh around 45g. Newer models bit more and some older bit less.
All lighter (30-40g) batteries are fake with small cell or lipo inside and must be avoided.
Okay my heaver ones are 41.7 grams, the others are 30.7 grams….if i put my 20 amp meter across the heavier ones the reading is 10.5 amps……and the lighter ones reads 9 amps….i know its a bad practice but wanted to see what it would be.
