Here we have one of the inexpensive Dive lights that everyone and their brother seems to re-badge.
This one is labeled XD-8770.
I was unable to get the flashlight apart, so cannot say for sure what emitters they are. XM-L or variant.
The plastic centering rings are so far up against the dome that you can’t see the base.
Magnetic switch, One Mode.
Greatly under driven, pulls 1.25 amps at tailcap with 2 average cells. Better cells do not make a difference, stays regulated at 1.25.
Honest output is probably somewhere between 500-600 lumens.
Anyway, it is a cheap light, it is not pro quality, but does have a very nice thick clear glass lens.
It may be a good host, don’t know.
I have a few and am keeping one and giving the son in law one to play in his pool with.

Received the one I purchased today, nicely packaged (and with an inner white box). Light works fine and pulls 1.25 amps at the tails, so I guess probably 2.5 amps at the emitters or about 0.8 amps per emitter.
The beam is actually pretty nice/clean, kind of spot with some spill. A bit cool tint.
Slide/magnetic switch worked fine, and as described a thick front lens. Double O-rings on the tail and in the head-body and 2 O-rings (one black and one GITD) in the front.
I was able to get the bezel ring off by sticking the tips of a needlenose into 2 opposing indents and turning, but I couldn’t get the lens out, so not sure what’s behind the reflector yet.
BTW, I’m not sure, since I can’t get the lens/reflector off, but I don’t think that the emitters are XM-L/XM-L2. Mind you though, with the 3 emitters, it’s ok bright. If I could get the lens/reflector off, this might be ok for a driver and emitter replacement!
