Another report I have seen says 3700K is the best color temp for most artwork…

Thanks tp but I’m not sure if your suggesting some of us old fossils here should be using 3700K lighting for whatever reason, skin complexion maybe.

Nope, old fossils look best at 10,000K Zombie Blue… matches our complexion.

Speaking of which, I got contacted by a local achitect/builder to modify a couple of hoity-toity Italian LED fixtures to use 10,000K-ish leds. Apparently the room they are in is lavender and the owner (a rather picky artisty type) wants lights to match. I gave the builder some sample lights from 6500K to 12000K to let her choose her favorite Zombie Blue. For some reason 10,000K does not seem to be available at Home Depot…
