The silver surface finish sounds nice. I know it has better thermal conductivity than copper alone, but how much of a difference does the coating make? Any measurements comparing the standard copper to the AG coated ones?
There is now difference in thermal trasfert. AG layer is very thin and used to make soldering compatible with more different solders and pastes.
