Apparently even Manafont don't, not even the claimed output. According to Jim, this http://www.manafont.com/product_info.php/superbright-3mode-law-enforcement-officer-flashlight-battery-charger-kit-p-3349 is the extent of their info. I love the side switch and even the compass

The "police" brand lights are all over ebay, you might check there. Haven't seen any positive reviews of them.
Troop, I see what you mean. Hundreds of similars and several of the same but cheaper. Probably junk but still tempting; at that price it might almost as well be free. I never think to look on Ebay for flashlights since joining BLF, too many Chinese outlets to investigate.
Please don't, I had the exact same thoughts as you and got one from Ebay earlier this year.
Probably one of the worst flashlights I have ever bought, not very bright and poorly constructed.
Would not even make a good host.
Just to add to my last comment the packaging was great. Nice box with foam insert that the torch
was held in snuggly along with charger. It had a magnetic flap making it "look" high quality but it turned
out to be a waste of money.

I ended up ordering a 504B http://www.dinodirect.com/ultrafire-wf504b-led-flashlight-5mode-600lumen-xm-lt6-currency-GBP.html instead. Cheers for the heads up on that one, hopefully it's one of the diamonds. Now to decide on my first charger and batteries..
This is the led that came in mine, don't know what it is but it wasn't very bright....Oh and the compass fell out.
Any light with police on it should be considered a toy 
, it makes me think of the crappy toys they hand out at funfairs, which the kids break before they get back to the car to drive home...
I know it's a very inexpensive light because I stumbled onto the manufacturer on AliBaba when I was looking for a Factory to possibly make some low power Lasers to sell- even though I'm new to lights etc.
These are very inexpensive and use older type LEDS so I'm sure you could do much better..........
