Yep, this is the place! If you want to buy nice lights at high prices there are plenty of those out there. But if you want to dig deep into modding/building your own stuff, and (hopefully!) save some money in the process, this place can’t be beat. Welcome!

Technology marches on and some of the expensive lights have room for improvement. Maybe you might be able to breath some new life into some of your collection. I say pick your least favorite light (one you are most willing to lose) and start a mod thread. Post some pics of it (inside and out if it's not a common light) and ask for mod ideas. Who knows, you might get a few that you like.

I was almost put off from these modern lights when I saw another forum where even the cheapest recommended keychain-sized lights were $50+ 
And then I found BLF and discovered that you can get equally good (or even better) lights for a huge amount less :money_mouth_face: Now I’m a Flashaholic too, and proudly so.
Make room for your incoming lights now that you will be able to afford them, and prepare to become ‘enlightened’.
