I know most of us already have more chargers than we know what do with, but the price seems pretty good to me. As far as I can tell, they're selling this charger. MF has the same for $4.79.
Comes with a US plug (BIC also sells these adapters for $0.75, that I have no personal experience with).
They do have some pretty cheap 18650s too, btw. Not sure I'd trust those. I like cheap and all but five bucks before discounts shipped for a pair of protected 18650s just seems awfully cheap to me.
Apparently, they give you 10 cents off if you buy more than one, but I did not try that.

$9.48 before coupons, so that's $8.06 with 15% off. Their "3000mAh" UFs, which have a pretty bad reputation unless I have my batteries mixed up, are $4.96 a pair before coupons. Gray protected TFs are $5.25 before coupons, which is pretty darn cheap. Possibly too cheap, if you ask me.
This is all the B.S. I hate ..i just want to buy something ..I hate signing up for squat ..I don't want an account and don't want to track or bug them any more than i want them bugging me ... just send the stuff .i don't like refferals at all or rebates .,i don't want a forum to chat in or reviews real or fake ...I don't like games ..spend all the extra energy on accurate inventories and descriptions and I'm a happy camper .

I have bought about a dozen of those chargers to resell. I got them from Manafont and tested them all, they all worked perfectly. My brother has been using one everyday for over 6 months to charge 18650s and AA Duraloops and it is still going strong. All of my batteries fit from 16340s to the longest protected 18650s plus it charges NiMH batteries and they all terminate perfectly. I have not tested the 9 volt charger. That is a great price on a really good budget charger.
That's always possible, did you try and contact them about the issue? I've never had any issues with this seller and 15% discount is 15% discount, I don't get how anyone can be against that. That being said, you don't need to use the coupon, I'm sure someone will be happy with it.
If it is the same as the black TF charger I have you can't go wrong. I reciently got 2- of the $2.79 (BIC ebay chargers) and they are only charging my 18650s/14500s to about 3.7 volts.
I agree. The TR-001 is probably still my most used charger. None of mine have gone boom (knock on wood), they all terminate reliably at 4.20v, seem to do CC/CV (I honestly don't care too much how perfectly the algorithm is implemented) and I'd much, much rather give one of these to a beginner (after having checked the charger and going over battery safety 101, of course) than set them up with a cheap hobby charger they don't really know how to use.
Give a guy a knife and he may cut himself. Give him a ton of C4 and he may blow up the whole town. ;)

Is it just my computer situation or is something not happening with the buyincoins website? I have tried 3 browsers: IE, Firefox & Opera. After "adding to cart" - I see no clickable icon with which to proceed in the ordering process.
I have to thank BiC for getting me into this whole flashlight world, because the first flashlight (WF-501B), the batteries and the charger were ordered from them. After that I wanted to know, which are the best flashlights and as a result I found this magnificent forum!
I have bought Ultrafire 2400mAh, 3600mAh and 4000mAh from them and they all perform well, no issues so far, so I can reccommend them for this price, especially grey ones. I must say that 2400mAh version is more reliable for me in Kaidomain`s C8, because 3600mAh version drops to medium at 3.6V, but 2400mAh still goes on on high. I just recently received multimeter (Vichy VC-99) so I can`t provide more exact results, these are from my last geocaching event with heavy use of flashlights :) I use mostly batteries from BiC (charged with Xtar WP2) so my XTAR 2400mAh batteries just sit in the fridge :)
Too bad their flashlight section isn`t very up-to-date, because their pricing is competitive and customer support is nice. There have been some quirks in orders, but they resolved the issues very fast.

Have 2 of these. 1 from a reseller in NY that has his logo on it. Don't want to know what I paid for it;-) and another from DX that I gave to a friend. Have charged NiMh, 14500s, and 18650s. Works perfectly as far as I'm concerned. They both seemed to be very consistent on termination. However, the DX one went to my friend before I got my Equus DMM so I was relying on an AMM that wasn't accurate enough to be certain.
The Equus shows termination at 4.12 on both 14500s and 18650s. Never had a cell get warm. No sag either. Guess I'm not getting full capacity and according to Equus my actual termination voltage could be anywhere between 4.09 and 4.15. Given the gentle charge, and the fact that the termination is consistent with no sag, I think it is worth not having that extra .08 V. Nothing gets warm and I think the safety must be worth something.
My Ke-1 starts at 800 mAh in mid. Ran over 3.5 hrs on an Xtar 2600 so I don't think I could be loosing that much. Didn't check the amp draw at the end and I know it drops off as the voltage drops but still I think the little bugger puts a fair amount of charge safely into the batteries. I am very satisfied with it.
