Went to Maxtoch’s store to look at the 2X thrower with the dedomed XM-L2 U4 and I found they now offer the 2X with an XHP70. They are saying 3000 lumens and it appears to be NW. The modes are High 4.5A, Mid 3.0A, and Low .6A. I doubt it will ever be as popular as the L6 but for me I like the fact I can have a dedicated thrower (XM-L2 U4 version) and a general purpose light (XHP70 version) both based on the same light platform with the same UI and battery type. It’s $108 including two 3400mah cells which I understand are rewrapped Panasonics (if I’m wrong please correct me) so not to badly priced I don’t think.
The price is twice amount compare to Convoy L6 and i dont think it can provide twice amount of joy
