Armytek Wizard Pro v2programming help needed

Hello, my wife’s headlamp lost it’s highest (turbo) mode some time ago. I’ve tried several times over the last 6 months or so to get it working again but to no avail. Every programming function seems to work perfectly but it simply won’t go very bright anymore, in any group/mode. It’s running 18650 and is set to that battery type. And yes I’ve tried many cells that work well in other lights. Is there a way to reset all to factory options? I’d like to ‘reboot’ this thing and see what happens.

Thanks all.

The turbo mode is way too hot for it’s tiny mass. 99% you’re experiencing what many Wizard’s owner had: faulty driver. This was a big problem in the Pro XPL version. 3 of 4 of my faulty Wizards had the driver broken after prolonged turbo uses.
Just ask for a refund or replacement. I had 4 faulty Wizards Pro XPL within the same shipment, but too lazy to make a video (a necessary step for OEM replacement).
The new Wizard has cooling fins to address this problem but in my opinion won’t do much since the fins are located too far away from the heat source. Lower threshold temp step down is the better cure which seems to works well in the XHP50 version.

Thanks Clemence. I had no idea the problem was so common.
