Manker U11 Smooth reflector

I was just looking on Fasttech website and come across this;
Manker U11 Fasttech

I noticed the picture shows a smooth reflector, is this a new model from Manker? I don’t see it listed on their website.

a google picture search for makner U11 showed me the SMO reflector for manker website,
but opening the link showed a OP one, so probably they changed to OP for newer lights

newer lights also seems to have a cnc cuts in the lens reaining ring

The earliest U11’s came with cut outs on the lens retaining ring and were also fitted with OP reflectors.

Later versions seem to have no cut outs on the retaining ring but are also fitted with OP reflectors.

You say you saw a Manker U11 with a SMO reflector on the Manker website? I can’t find it?

The picture from Fasttech is the first I’ve seen with a SMO reflector.

The description on the FT page says OP. I have both the old and new U11 - yes, both have an OP. Really wish it had an SMO, or I could get one for it.

It does say OP but then where did they get the picture from?
I have the latest model U1, well I think I do!

Looks like you may be able to get a SMO reflector now.

The beam is tighter but still smooth with no rings.

It’s there a way to purchase just the smooth reflector?

Dang, I definitely have a love/hate relationship with Manker... Love this U11 light, but they drive me crazy with these changes! So guess just these new ones have the SMO, but really doubt you can buy the SMO reflectors amyway. They also have a habit of changing little things here and there - improvements I guess, so who knows whether the new SMO will fit properly into an older OP light.

Well I have both op and smo now so I may try to swap them around to see. They look the same depth.
