Would it work with 16340 batteries? In general, are 16340’s interchangeable with RCR123’s?

Hello korpzgrinda, I do not know difference between 16340 and RCR123a, for me both are the same battery.

I actually like the light and have one in my Amazon cart. Would have jumped on this but I’m trying to save some cash right now. That said, I could do without the flames on the bezel.
