I bought this light without reading the specs carefully. fasttech 6059400 I hate the user interface. No memory. I have to cycle trough several modes to get what I want every time I turn it on. I turn what ever light I am using on and off dozens of times a day. Is there a recommendation for a replacement driver? I would like to take advantage of the brightness potential so 2800mA seems good but what I want most is a simple on off, start at bright mode or something with memory and only a few bright/dim options. I really don’t use the dim mode much. I don’t want any flashing. No use for that. Thanks for any help.
Are you sure you can’t configure the modes?

I asked Fasttech this: “Is there a way to change the light mode sequence. I don’t care much about the lowest or flashing modes. It would be nice to have the light come on in bright mode.”
This was their response: “Thank you for your contact. There’s no way to change the light mode sequence.”
I have not been able to figure out any way to change the mode settings.
So I went back to this thread that prompted me to buy the light in the first place and found instructions on how to set the modes. It is kind of complicated but I figured it out. I guess the tech support at Fasttech did not know about this. I like the light a lot better now.
