His videos been talked about before here.

The big advantage is that the cooling is easy… he mounted big 10” fans just on the top of the heatsinks Big Smile

I have seen this video before and also other videos people put LEDs on their drones,

very good for getting mass reports of UFOs

yes, flying over a crowd, when everybody locks up, then switch the lights on and play an audio file: “resistance is futile, earthlings!”

That drone costs 20,000 dollars without the lights.

It’s worth looking at the video he did before this one which I think has even more epic shots:

He’s selling the 100w modules (LED,driver, heatsink, cooling fan, etc) for like $56. I was thinking of getting one. I think they each produce about 14k lumens.

i doubt it’s 20.000$, i can make a drone that can lift just like it with 5000$(with GPS, TX/RX, battery, FC, other stuff)(i can go low to 1000$ if you want, but something will be missed)

Forgot my pen

Well doubt all you want, but that’s the price of the specific drone he’s using in those videos. Those drones are sold to film productions for shooting smooth footage. There’s a lot of complex image stabilization that goes into them.
