Samsung 30Q 3000mah

Who has a Banggood code for the Samsung 30Q 3000mah … Many Thanks.

Check Martin his site M4DM4X.com

Just ask banggood.

Interested in this as well. I had hoped that I could get some 18650’s from ALIEX but got an email today saying that they did not make it through security check with original sender. Redirected to another sender now. Time will tell if ALIEX can get 18650’s to Canada

I just pre ordered two more BLF Q8’s and added two sets of 4pcs Samsung 30Q 3000mah. The 30Q’s are currently selling for US $18.69 … no code required. Seems like a good deal to me and they are on the way.

Do they price match themselves? I ordered 24 last week, at $21 / 4
grrr

No, bought 8 a couple of weeks ago, a couple of days later bought 12 for only $5 more than 8.

So I bought two BLF Q8s and can’t get batteries shipped to Canada for anything under an astronomical price. All of the regular sites are sold out of all button tops or won’t ship to Canada. It looks like I may have to pay a lot more for batteries than the lights. :frowning:

Anyone found a secret source?

Have you checked our member’s Richard store ? :

Give it some time, had the same problem in germany in spring/summer and suddenly they were shipping again.

What about batteries in a Box? Those were the first shipping again (to germany)

For button-tops, you’re basically stuck buying from the US, and paying somewhere in the range of $15-$30 shipping. If you go with UPS, make sure brokerage fees are included in the type of shipping they use. Mtnelectonics seems to have the lowest shipping (via USPS), though not the cheapest batteries.

For 4 batteries, yeah, they’ll cost more than your light.

I bought from Banggood about a month ago, but they’ve stopped shipping batteries now.

Vape shops in Canada sell 18650’s, though they’re often no-names and quite expensive, and almost always flat-tops if they’re name-brand.

I am using Sony VTC6 flat tops in my Q8 and they appear to work just fine. Without solder boobs.
I ran the light down to LVP, 3 blinks, and all 4 cells were at 3.0x volts, indicating to me that they were sharing the load.
There was no sign of deformation of the outer wrap , and all 8 I have tried show scrape marks on the positive end indicating contact to the brass ring.

edit…although the VTC6s are more prone to the baby-burp syndrome since they are shorter 65mm

on the other hand, I find it very hard to baby-burp my Sony 18650GAs at 69.5mm

Well I’m working on the Mountain Electronics thing but it takes an approval

You can mail-order fireworks in Canada, yet batteries seem too dangerous for anyone to touch.

That's strange. I have bought many batts from Banggood and even have 2 sets of 30Q on their way right now.

I didn't use any special shipping - just the regular "Free Standard Shipping" without issues. I only used paid shipping one time (Fedex) - and I ended up having to pay duties, so I don't do that anymore. Yes, it can take awhile - I use the "order and forget" philosophy. Somewhere between 3 weeks and 6 weeks. I have never had anything NOT arrive from them - it can take some time, though.

I am on the other side of the country from you, but it's still Canada - eh?

Same here, last bought a set about 2 months ago. Stuff from them moves so slowly I think it’s coming on cargo ships. On the other hand, gearbest did not ship batteries to Canada last time I checked.

When did you order? I was able to get batteries from BG up until sometime last month. Now, they all show as can’t ship to my location. Everything I ordered in the summer arrived.

Late July. Could be that it has changed again. Now that I think about it, perhaps they would not ship at some point 6-12 months ago. Seems to be changing often for a lot of people.

I had a battery order late July which was received, and orders Aug 29 and Sept 9th that are on their way.

Maybe they tightened up the regulations again... I just checked and they seem to be sold out of 30Q's. Maybe they just need to restock.

Yes, it was just this summer that I noticed they were able to ship. They definitely wouldn’t before that, and it seems they’ve stopped again.

None of the batteries I ordered this summer were labelled as lithium-ion batteries (which they are supposed to be, afaik). They were labelled “charger” or “driver” or nothing at all. Maybe that is why their shipper stopped accepting batteries?

I believe lithium-ion batteries are allowed to be shipped by Canada Post, but they are supposed to be labelled and they are supposed to go by ground (or perhaps air-freight?).

It may just be a case of them properly labeling things, and shipping them via surface. That would probably make shipping times very long, though.
