What is your feedback?

If someone gave me one of these as a x-mas present, the first thing I would do is cut off that darn useless “self defense” bezel. Why did you design the light with it? It’s useless and only makes it bulkier. Top tip: get rid of it!

My thoughts too but I didn’t have the nerve to post it.

Reported you two to the mall ninja brotherhood, be prepared to be jumped by overweight neckbeard in full tactical attire.

Thanks Mike, I will pass your idea to our R&D team

I disagree. Granted, as a self defence tool it’s not the sort of thing I’d use, but it doesn’t add very much bulk, and might be useful as a pry bar type of thing.

The specs for the flashlight are clear, but what are the specifications for the carabiner? (in Newton, in the length and perpendicular)

My guess is that it just looks like a carabiner, but is not supposed to function like one. Surely it can handle some weight… But I would not put my own weight on it.

No I’m not FAT… And I’m also not big boned.

Maybe they could add a point like on the Zanflare F1 to break auto glass if you can’t get the door open after an accident. I don’t think the self defense concept is great because I don’t know how I’d get a good grip on it but the mini prybar idea has legs especially if it’s notched & angled enough to pull a small nail.

Ummm, is this the FL10? Didn’t see any pix, links, anything. Had to goggle “mecarmy carabiner” to find it.

Could make one like a set of brass-knuckles with those spiky things in front.

That’d be tres kewl…
