Ok, I've come to the conclusion that I just need to stay away from this forum! Everytime I start surfing around reading reviews and opinions I'm triggered to buy something! At least this is a "budget" forum!
I'm just kidding about staying away of course. I just need to exercise more self-control. Why is this hobby so addicting? It's just a flashlight, right?

female coworker (office) asked what I did this weekend. "upgraded the emitter in a flashlight" she and another female had a good laugh.
Everybody thinks a flashlight is a flashlight, until you're navigating a boat at night, searching for a specific spot on distant shore, then weaving through stumps to reach the landing, and setting up camp in the dark;)
I don't even like lights all that much - but making stuff not dark can really save a lot of trouble 
edit: ha, i've liked lights for about 30 years lol
