Can I mix different Types "Brandes" of AMC7135 in a single Driver

I wanted to increase the output of my Driver, I bought a couple of AMC7135 Chips from Aliexpress

Can I add them to a Convoy Driver which already has AMC7135 Chips from a Different Manufacturer (but both of them Give 350ma Max)

Because when I measured the resistance across the pins of the Chips, The Resistance Values were Different

The Regulators that Came with the Driver

and the Regulators that I got

Put simply, yes you can.

I have had some that were just not compatible. Off different drivers from different places. I don’t know why, they just wouldn’t work together.
That’s been a few years ago, but only one way to find out if the 7135’s you have will work together which they usually do.

ok, I’ll try to mix them and update you

Thanks MRsDNF & moderator007 :+1:

I’ve been mixing chips for years and never had an issue. I harvest them from old drivers hence the variety I have.

Can you effectively mix 7135 350 mA with the 380 mA variant? I have yet to try this.

yes, you can

Awesome

I think it was one particular brand several years back that just wouldn’t work together, several of us over at the other forum ran into.

I haven’t had the problem since then.

I have done this before. No problems. Go for it man. :+1:
