I did a respectful review of the cheapest and most sold 3xAAA out there:

That sure was a fair and balanced overview of a popular product!

Umm – at around the 2:40 mark it is stated that an 18650 cell starts at 4.78V? Did I hear that right?

Beam me up!

That would be deep into the danger zone, I said 4.17V. Need to work on my mic and English!

Hey Markus, nice review and respect of a light that so many of us have, thanks!   I picked up about a total of 15 of those lights at around $4 USD each and they still work fine.  Have them around the house, in the cars, at my brothers house, they are really all over the place and we all love them.

@kirman Good to hear! Are you powering some of them with a 18650 cell or all of them with 3xAAA? The light is much more potent with a 18650-cell.

In my house I am using both 3xAAA and 18650's.  It is much better with the 18650's that's for sure and what a solid little light for four bucks.  I never ever regretted buying them.

What light is this? I see the double 18650 zoomies like this on amazon all the time, but I’d much rather have a single cell version.

Kinda like the thorfire TA13 zoomie.

I like flashlights!!

Hmmm, hard to choose between this or the J5 Tactical V1 PRO, the most REVIEWED (14,000) flashlight on Amazon for under $12.

I always see that J5 on Amazon but never click on it. Lol I should check it out for my niece. She really likes my Q8 but that’s mine! Lol.

What is this 3x AAA zoomie named? I kinda want a decent one (I know they have issues with water, cooling etc..)

I don’t mind if it’s 2 18650 powered. I just can’t find any that aren’t purpley colored tint. Drives me mad. Are there ANY with a decent tint color? Not too warm, not too cool?

I like flashlights!!
