15 euro is per piece? Does it include batteries?
How much time do you have to make the purchase? You can save significant amount by waiting for good deals to appear.
15 euro max per item without battery. Less is Ok as well

How about a Sofirn SC31. Rechargeable light with a battery included. Less than $17 USD on Ali. Contact Sofirn, they may be able to get you a better deal if you are ordering more than a few. You also might be able to find a coupon from one of the guys on here.

18650 Li-ion batteries are the way to go if you can get them shipped to your country. Most places on earth have USB charging stations available due to widespread cell phone use so you might want to give the recipient a USB charger along with the flashlight and batteries. Cheap ones that actually work are a bit over a US dollar.

Great lights at a great value and outstanding customer service. I am not positive about Amazon availability wherever you are but it’s a huge positive to me personally to get 2-day Prime shipping and now wait weeks for delivery.
