Any thoughts on this light. Might be a great throw light in the single 18650 category. Not really a budget light thought.
I looked at it and it's a really nice light, but it's lower output put me off..guess i'm spoiled by decently driven XML's..
Well, actually you can buy it with an XM-L. I don't know why Tacticalhid hasn't updated his web site on this light.
oh I know it comes with an XML..what I was saying was they don't drive the XML hard enough for my liking..

G42 is quite possibly the sexiest light I've ever seen.

I have the F42, really nice. Harry25175 has the G42. The G42 is $82 shipped or something at HKequipment.net, that's T5 neutral white prices. F42 is $68 shipped only, worldwide. The F42 is exactly identical to G42 just that it has no SS for the tailcap and the front bezel is aluminum instead of SS.
It has T5 neutral white too and is a very nice tint of about 4500k (creamy warm but not too much)....something like the 4300k HIDs. Very slight pinkish hue too, and no piss yellow hue.
Low is pretty low of about 10 lumens. No PWM. HA is a dark brown colour, very nice.
