Again I´m asking for recommendations.
This time, I would need a whole set that should exceed the quality of recent DD 502-bargain.
Budget is 40$ but it should have at least TF flame-quality battery included (1pc / set, two sets needed, 40$ per each set).
Chargers should be somewhat reliable, these sets are going to my friends parents.
Light itself does not have to be powerful. I bet everything past 100-150lumen is WHOAA -in terms of impression.
Light must be a kind of "properly driven" so you should not burn your hand if forgotten on High for some time (ie. NO 3A driven XM-L´s, please :) )
Clip, other stuff, irrelevant. Most likely 1-mode or 3mode without memory H-K-L should do it. (keeping it simple)
Beam, probably wide, not very important, tint also rather irrelevant, as runtime & PWM also.

Nice, thanks! Again some models I´ve forgotten to check.
There is a bit more space to move around, because I think a set needs only 1 battery to go with (that´s what he told me...).
So about 25$ left for light.
Some bucks are probably needed to get one of these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Universal-AC-USB-Travel-Wall-charger-Europe-/280448156120?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item414c0341d8#ht_2632wt_1051
I bet they are using their computers as a power source for USB charger too little.
I have also a "Backup" plan. I could always go All-In with an 1 x AA or 2 x AA!!
How about this :http://www.manafont.com/product_info.php/klarus-p2a-cree-xpg-r5-led-flashlight-2aa-p-8150
Or: http://www.dinodirect.com/tactical-flashlight-klarus-aa-lumens-currency-EUR.html?ddse=p1a&utm_source=p1a
I bet the quality would step up a notch. Don´t know yet, if they have AA-chargers so I´ll have to ask...

Or perhaps getting a bunch of these:
Hey All! I thought I'd introduce myself when a more affordable light came in.. and well, they're in!
First off, I'm a seller based in California, meaning all my inventory is in California, and I am a registered company in California.
Second of all, I'm a San Jose State Student! I'm currently just a one man operation focusing on customer service. Seriously, email me or call me, (sales<~at>illuminationsupply<~dot>com or 14088688250) and I will either pick up the phone or get back to you ASAP!
W…
I think they are a steal atm. No personal eperience however!
If you go for AA formast make it 1AA-

With all the discounts from these guys it's hard to pass these up when you knock off another 20 to 25% 18$ off 80 coupon is 22.5%off
I don't know if they still have the 4AA fenix ld40 but with the 13 off of 50 coupon it was 35$
the fenix E21 at about 23$ is a simple and easy to giveaway flashlight.
Lights should be relatively easy ...
Cheap good batteries?? That's every mans cross to bear .this is where living in the States a has it's privaliges .Every man gets 10 acres,a mule, a plow and a handful of rev jim panasonics
if you're gonna go klarus why would you spend 10$ more thru manafont when Dino direct has them for 29$ minus 20%=24$?

+1 on the Fenix E21...its very nice for the average person...AA batteries you can get anywhere and it has twist to low, twist to high and on/off so no cycling through modes or anything complicated.
I liked it I bought 2 more. DD has the best price currectly as far as I know.
Showed my friend that link on E21 and pricetag on it.
After that it felt like a no-brainer to get 2 of those. 2 mode, not too complicated.
Very affordable yet I think Fenix does some very reliable quality products.
Again, a big thanks to great recommendations! I bet I would have chosen a lot worse without these! :)
