Where to buy Cree XP-L/XP-L2 DTP emitters

Hi,

I’m wondering if anyone knows where to buy Cree XP-L/XP-L2 emitters in different tints on DTP MCPCB? The store needs to be able to ship internationally as I’m in New Zealand. I found a store on AliExpress but they’re way overpriced at approx $10 USD each.
