Imalent DM35-DM70

Hello everybody,
at the IWA outdoor exhibition two new models from the manufacturer Imalent were presented as prototypes.
DM35 and DM70 will be called the new models.
There will be a short version with 22450er battery and a standard version with 21700er battery.
We hope to arouse your interest with this photo.

That’s interesting indeed. Can you please provide some more information about the 22450 battery once you have one of these lights available? It seems to be quite an exotic battery format. I wonder why there is no 21350 or 21500 format yet that would be in line with the 18xxx format. Will both the DM35 and DM70 come with SMO and OP reflectors? According to the picture above I assume the DM35 will be an XHP35 HI light with SMO reflector while the DM70 will come with the XHP70.2 and OP reflector.

Hello Thomas,
the battery format 22450 is also completely unknown to us!
We have only learned from the manufacturer Imalent that this battery is installed and is supposed to be charged directly via USB on the battery.
With the reflectors you’re right.
The DM 35 will be equipped with a SMO refector to get a long range.
The DM70 receives an OP reflector for a wider light image.
Further information is not available!
