Firefly mode - A real view of it

I wanted to share with you some beautiful photos that I have found on a Japanese blog. Since many in the flashlight world have interest for firefly and moonlight mode here you go some fireflies.

One of the rare creatures on earth that naturally produces light.

Nice, he even waited for the correct time of the day/night to take these pictures.  Still a bit of sky glow.

Indeed, thoughtful decision since the photos were taken in different years.

Killer firefly swarm! Vengeance upon all those who use to catch hunt their brethren.

Very nice pictures. Reminds one of firefly catching hunting.

I remember walking along a road in Zambia in the middle of the night - no moon so the only light was the glow-worms. They looked just like those dim green LEDs found in keyboards and are utterly useless for providing illumination. Looks like fireflies might be better.

The numbers from my light tests are always to be found here.

This somewhat reminded me of the Japanese anime 'Grave of the Fireflies'. By the time the movie finished most of the audience were teary eyed Cry

Thanks for sharing the beautiful photos Smile
