Gearbest order problem?

Gearbest order problem?

I placed an order with Gearbest almost 2 and a half months ago, and it still has yet to arrive. Im in the US and usually it takes about a month, but with all the problems with the trade between our countries anymore i wondered if i should give it more time to allow for backups at customs or something. Has anyone else had this issue lately. Ive had good luck with them in the past with shipping. I appriciate any advice.

I would contact Gearbest customer service. 2.5 months is too long.

The customer service will tell you to wait a little longer.
Contact them, ask for a full refund. They usually ask you to wait up to 2 months to receive the parcel, invoke that argument and do some print screens of the discussion.
Then, after 2 days, if they do not give you back the money, ask open a dispute to paypal.

Does tracking work at all? Even the free shipping methods may have tracking services. The most I had to wait in the US was roughly 4 weeks. EU is faster, IMO – about 3 weeks.

Yeah it never usually takes this long, 3 weeks has been my longest till now. I just wasnt sure because of the stuff going on with our govs. Thanks everyone.
