'CustomLites' Experience Is Negative

'CustomLites' Customer Service is significantly below average.

 

Their email replies are not helpful, but are defensive.

 

The use of vulgarity in their email replies is entirely un-professional.

Never heard of them before and quite glad about it.
You will get a way better CS for a 15$ Convoy light 10 years after your purchase…

I’ve emailed custom lites a few times. While they didn’t set any customer service world records they were totally fine. What happened?

Apparently was his batteries, problem solved
