Banggood refund

I ordered from Banggood using PayPal. I have and option for “Apply refund” for and item that is on Backorder. If I click the “Apply Refund”, does Banggood refund it back to PayPal or is is converted to Banggood points or something? I don’t want Banggood points and I want PayPal refund if I decide to go the refund route.

it should be a refund dont accept any points if they try it…

Hey that’s good to hear. It’s the holiday season so they must be backlog too. I’m wondering if I should wait or apply refund and order Shockli 25560 batt from somewhere else? Btw, if I click Refund, will there be option to choose PayPal or points?

When I did the refund they simply stated the refund will go back to PayPal in 1-2 days in whatever method you used with PayPal to make that purchase. I received the refund the next day.

That’s great! I’ll decide today. Man it’s like hiking in the woods…do I take the trail on the left or right? Do I cross the stream or not? Do I run from the bear or do I not? Ahhh I love it!

Banggood returns money quickly. A maximum of three days from the request .

They have a new in house money system. I had 2 packages (MINI brand stuff) returned to China last week as they didn’t make it through customs. (suspect they mislabeled to evade tariffs and got caught). Banggood said they would refund me via the Banggood system or paypal less fees. They gave me a choice to pay a small extra fee or get a refund. I told them refund it in full via paypal and gave the the exact number they had taken out. The next day they said the refund had been issued via Paypal please give it a few days to show up. And it did, in full.

Don’t ever get their shipping insurance, pay with Paypal instead. It is their responsibility to have a package delivered to you, you don’t have to pay for that. Paypal will always side with you if you don’t receive the package or if it arrived broken

Only difference is maybe they ban you for doing that? LOL.

i wouldnt buy batteries from them now, will probably take ages before u get them now with holidays around the corner etc… buy them local if u can instead.

I’ve paid for the shipping insurance a few times. Yes, it’s not necessary, but it makes dealing with them a whole lot easier if the package gets lost. No haggling required.

Yes, that could certainly happen, or they could force you to buy tracked shipping. Also, and more concerning, is that Paypal might ban you if you have too many claims. I use Paypal claims sparingly… I think I’ve only ever done it once or twice, and that was just because I was so mad at an Ebay store.

I’ve bought batteries from BG a couple of years ago, with mixed success (good flat-tops, s**t button-tops), and I believe they were all genuine (though not necessarily grade A cells). But I’ve heard there may be some fakes now. Also, they package them pretty badly. Generally, it’s not worth it getting cells from overseas.
