I’ve purchased 3 hosts and am looking to complete three builds. Thinking a single Samsung 3651d for my convoy M1, xpl-hi triple for my convoy s2 and QUAD Nichia 219c for my KDlitker P60. Would the Fet 17mm 7135 be good for all three led options?

For the first and the second - yes, as long as the LEDs in the triple are in parallel (which is almost always the case but better make sure).
With the last case - I’m not experienced with P60 but I think that thermals might be an issue. Quad 219c pulls a lot of current and P60 does not transfer heat to the case well. There are ways to improve thermal transfer but I don’t know if they are good enough.
