hi guys

i live in finland but im british, been living here for 15 years
i went to school for electronics in 1993 for a few years, studyied analogue electronics and digital electronics a little BIT

in finland there is big companys that make flash lights and few others from outside finland, but they are very expensive .lumonite.(fenix.led lensor etc ,but there isnt really any budget flashlights

so ive desided to put out the feelers and see if there is a call for good quality smaller branded flashlights

ive ordered a few convoys and maybe end up seeing what people think of them
also ill end up making my own flash light from scratch, ive got access to a lathe and mill and few other workshop tools

i can do pcb design so could make a few mcpcbs. when it comes to schematic design i could proberly do something after a bit of a refresh study

but at the moment ill be ordering from lexel drivers etc

i have to work for a living so this will be a side project

Welcome, forsch. Flashlights must be a fun hobby in Finland, it is pretty dark in winter now.

yes its dark in the morning and late afternoon. but getting brighter each day

flashlights are a really good hobby :slight_smile:
