What would you say… IF a director gave a list to his managers telling them which… buildings and….offices were off limits w/o permission due to people testing positive in those areas…
Some are ’enter under advisement’, some are quarantined

Well, a guy in a different division at work asked point blank, ’hey , do you get a list handed down from the director for no-go areas’?

Um yea, dont you?

’No, apparently my upper manager gets the list from the director but has told the middle managers not to tell us under Any circumstance. To just let us do our jobs’

That apparently caused a fight among this manager and his subordinates… Not sure the director even knows that the missives arent making it to the front line guys…

I am thinking there is a big legal issue if the director disseminated a no-go list that trickled down to everyone but people in one managers group….

It seems unconscionable that most managers are forwarding the list, except one guy….

and sorry, but this kinda has to be in code

opinion:
document everything.
at least 3 hard copies
and keep the originals.

Nasty yes, but at the same time it sounds like business as usual unfortunately. And it’s only wrong if you get caught anyway…

My understanding that it was a conference call… I hope someone taped it

I there a state or local CV-19 hotline you can call?
