Does anyone know what size the Q8 uses and where I can get a replacement?
Bought a Q8 used and it came with no o-ring, no box and no spare o-rings. Wish this was specified before the purchase. Guess I’ll ask first next time…
Ask Barry to add a set of O-rings for Q8 in the Sofirn store. Rather, this will not be a problem. He’s very friendly.
Would be a good idea if I hadn’t JUST received an order from them so I could have combined it.

You might order some smaller (say 44 or 43mm OD) as they may be less likely to bind-up when re-screwing the head.
The 45mm is somewhat loose fitting.
You can make your own sizes. super glue will work on rubber, not sure what to use on silicon.

Definitely go for a slightly smaller size, as mine keeps sticking out its tongue when I try rescrewing it. Literally gotta go ¼-turn at a time, and make sure everything’s tucked in, else tightening it might just snip off that tongue.
I use the one on the C8 lens. 39mm x 1.5mm (42mm OD)
