Review: XTAR TZ20 ( Pictures Inside )

A compact 18650 flashlight by Xtar. Based on the specs, it has 800Lumens on High mode, however, in reality it does not seem to reach 800 lumens.

It has Creative design, with 5 Low10%, Mid40%, High100%, Strobe, SOS mode, can cancel or recover Mid, Low, Strobe, SOS mode at will.

It has a OP reflector which makes the output a bit floody. It comes with tactical ring, lanyard and belt clip and nice box.

TZ20 body can be fitted with Ultrafire C8 head

And great pictures!. I really like that. TY :-)

Very interesting, thanks Harry. There's a lot I like about this light (so far); tailstands, anti-roll, good grip, no bling.. Now all we need is a link..

How's the output? Reverse or forward clicky? Is it a P60 host..?
Soo many questions..

EDIT:

I was being lazy. Found their website: http://www.xtarlight.com/en/05-chanpin/p-001.asp?styleid=78&cp_id=2
Now looking for more info..

It's not a P60 hosts, it's really well made. Similar to one Olight and one Jetbeam but for half less. That alone make it stand out. It doesent necessarily have to be XM-L, i liked the Q5 version more as it was intended also for weapon mounting. Lovely the Q5 beam with OP reflector on it for that purpose.

Mine is XML-T6 version.

The mode can be customized.

it's not a thrower light and not a P60 host.

I know, never stated otherwise. :)

I like high output compact xml lights, and the mode selection thing is cool… but it’s gotta have a clip!

it has a clip.. but i removed it...
