Can think of three reasons this has happened.
1/ the “0” key was stuck, and the person who put up the add failed to see that.
2/ the seller is just repeating the info given to him/her by the wholesale supplier
3/ dangling a bone of front of people, hoping someone can be lured into buying.
Well the last thing, making a promise knowing you won’t keep, is called cheating.
Does not matter if it applies to goods or services, or changing the rules after the fact.
