22.90 for the cell! Will this L18 use other cells like the 30T 40T and Molicel 21700’s? I am very interested in this torch but not willing to spend 22.90 for one cell when I have a bunch of 21700 cells already. There is no information on Acebeam’s site on the 5100mah 21700 cell just a price.

In the L17, my flat top 18650 didn’t really work. It fit but rattled around inside too much. The Acebeam 18650 was 5mm longer so it’s essentially an 18700. If the Acebeam 21700 is anything like the 18650, then it will probably be longer than a standard 21700.
I was thinking the same thing. With the USB charging port at the top of the cell it would be much longer. Thank you for the first hand knowledge. Maybe a rear spring swap if possible.
I appreciate this I really do but the Samsung 30T and 40T are among the best 21700 cells available along with the Molicel, Just look at HKJ’s reviews. Could you please stop trying to sell me Acebeam flashlights, its getting very annoying every time I talk about Acebeam flashlights you pop up and pm me. When I do purchase one it will be through Acebeam. No offence but I have no clue who you are nor do I know Nitetorch.
